1) Seasonaltrip will not be responsible for the loss/damage of any valuable items such as gold ornaments, cameras, mobile phones etc.

2) That the Second Party will have to advice the entire group to take care of their belongings under their custody.

3) That the Second party is hereby instructed that never hide the camera/video camera with the police/security personnel of any monuments, gardens or such similar places, where it is accordingly instructed, which can be penalized or the camera can seized.

4) Seasonaltrip will not be responsible for any mishap happens during the tour, like riot, natural calamities like earthquake, accidents in any kind etc.

5) Seasonaltrip hereby suggests the second party to avail travel insurance 

6) That the program from the beginning would have charted in such a manner that to visit the listed locations within the time limit. As such, time schedule directions given by the Seasonaltrip is strictly obliged, failing which there are chances for omitting the location/s specified.sharing basis for students and teachers 

 7) That the second party may note that scribbling/cause any damage in the monuments/historic places, plucking flowers from the restricted gardens are punishable offenses for which the first party will not be responsible.

8) Seasonaltrip will not be liable for any delay caused by the Air/Rail authorities and thereby further delay in visiting the places/reaching locations/concerned area.

9) Seasonaltrip will not be responsible for route diversions/delay due to heavy traffic by the police/local authorities/ closure of any locations by an order of Government/District administration and the delay caused thereof.
